The very first month of the World Race is often considered the "honeymoon phase". We're still getting used to living in community and getting settled into our ministry. By the end of the month everyone has made the ministry their "home" and become a little more comfortable around each other. 

This is a fun video my team put together at the end of month 1 to give an exaggerated depiction of life at the beginning of the month versus the end of the month.
