Ten days was all it took to bond the forty three Racers that make up X squad.
My Training Camp blog will be concise for now because I plan to make a full video for you to better understand how these ten days changed my life. So for now here are ten things I learned from training camp:
Day 1: Not everyone says the word “ya’ll”
Day 2: Sharing a tent from “lost luggage” means body heat on a cool night
Day 3: Worship is powerful and answers prayers
Day 4: Us women can do way more burpees than we thought we could
Day 5: Camping out with my squad means lots of embarrassing stories about bowel movements.
Day 6: Airports AND simulated airports are FREEZING without a sleeping bag…
Day 7: Team Abundance is also known as Team Sass
Day 8: I can ALWAYS grow in my relationship with God. In many ways and forms and disciplines.
Day 9: Squad War competitions are REAL. I still have bruises from dodgeball!
Day 10: The love I have for each one of my squadmates is so immense. I can’t wait to travel the nations with them!
Once my video is uploaded I’ll be sure to attach it to this blog! Much love and blessings.

Yes and amen! I have never loved a group of strangers the way I did my squad when we left training camp nearly 2 years ago. I can’t wait to see how the Lord grows you individually and as a squad, family, over 11 months! Praying for great things in the name of Jesus for you and your squad as you carry on the X-Squad name!
